I received a tip from my mentor teacher from my final internship to create a blog documenting my experiences as a teacher. This will be my first year teaching so I am sure veteran teachers will find this refreshing to reflect on their first year as well.
I would like to be able to look back each year and use my wisdom to improve upon from past experiences. I hope to grow positively with this documentation and I hope this will provide me with the self-reflection insight that is so valuable to teachers and improving their practices.
